Hahaha , I see. You migth use mine as a getaway car, if you ever consider to rob a bank, in a last attempt to get your millions. Its a 1.5i Kat., indeed System Porsche. The Mk1 get rare here, I live in Amsterdam, but when I drive it I never see its relatives riding here in Holland. I got two now, one (built in 1990) is my first car. I own that one since 1993, it used to be my passed away fathers car. Hope that I will be able to keep it as an oldtimer. Regards, Marcel

Many questions! How many miles per charge? Top speed indoors and outdoors? What sort of licence does it require? Where is the nearest test centre? What sort of brake system does it have? If you are going to do a report please give all the information, call yourself a pro?

Adam

Really interesting blog, and indeed website. A great mix of modern and classic stuff.

Totally agree on the M-way driving. Done about 1000 miles in the last month, mostly on the motorway, and the standards seem worse if anything. People seem to have no idea, particularly about lane discipline. Lost count of the number of miles I spent trawling behind a car in the outside lane when the inside lane was completely empty. Aaarrgghh!

I totally agree Mr Sloman. Why motorway driving isnt taught as part of driving lessons/tests is beyond me. It is the most difficult, stressful, dangerous and tiring type of driving and to send young people out into the driving world with no experience of it is crazy.
